2. Castable & Precast for Tundish

Tundish Permanent lining: CC TDCAST - 2AK Striker pad, Dams, Weirs: CC PREFAB SP 70/ SP 90 High performance castables and precast for diffrent areas of tundish. The various areas inlude tundish permanent lining, cover, and tundish dam blocks, striker pads, tundish well blocks.

3. Oxygen Lancing Pipes

High Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) Oxygen Lancing Pipes. Oxygen lancing Pipes are Manufactured from hot rolled Carbon Steel.

END USES

These pipes are used for blowing oxygen in electric arc furnace.

SIZES

6 mm NB to 40 mm NB Outside diameter: From 9.5 mm to 48.3 mm , Wall thickness: From 1.80 mm to 3.20 mm Length: up to 7.00 mtrs.

PIPE ENDS

Plain, Threaded or Non Threaded with crimping coupling.

PACKING

Black lancing Pipes in Bare bundles. Ceramic Coated Pipes in special hessian cloth.

INSPECTION

Mill's certificate or inspection by an independent agency.

TESTS PERFORMED

Dimensional Checking, Hydro Testing (Pressure Test), Flattening Test, Drift test.

4. Directional Purging Plugs

Based on known- how from plibrico GmbH, a range of High performance Directional Purging Plugs are manufactured suiting customised designed and secondary metallurgical operations adopted by different steel plants. Plugs are based on tabular alumina, alumina - magnesia spinel and alumina - chrome based materials.

• High resistance to slag and abrasion
• High thermal shocks resistance
• Low RTE values
• Numbers of purging slits vary from 20 - 30 having thickness of 0.25 - 0.30 mm
• Minium risk of metal infiltration.
